I was supposed to have had my chair delivered last week. It hasn't arrived. No parcel delivery notice through my door from Yodel. No e-mail from Yodel. Their tracker says delivery was attempted, but their new estimated delivery is in the past. I tried using their chat function and was told that I wasn't the intended recipient so they wouldn't talk to me and closed the chat. I tried to call but them but the phone service told me one attempted delivery must be attempted before I can talk to anyone and the call ends on the phone. I thought they said they'd attempted delivery? Another attempted chat and it turns out the parcel is lost in the Yodel depot. Or in their words "we need to conduct a base search". "Your parcel has not been scanned for some time". Will I ever get my chair? Who knows. It looks nice in the picture, but sitting on the wooden floor of my study this is small consolation. I'm close to losing my mind trying to talk to Yodel and may ask for a refund and attempt to buy somewhere else that has a delivery partner capable of.... delivering.

Arrived faulty all 6 stools have called and customer services won’t accept return. As is felt with by returns dept who don’t have a phone number. Have emailed and am still waiting for reply after 4 days . Re emailed yesterday with still no response

I ordered 3 of these stools if they arrived to me in perfect condition they would of looked fab in my new kitchen however due to very poor packaging they arrived to me scratched and dented which is a shame.

Very fast delivery but one stool arrived damaged/incomplete. I have now twice filled in the online form to notify of this issue and both communications have been ignored. I am still waiting for a response with the box sat in my hallway waiting to be returned and replaced. Please talk to me!!!!

Never turned up because yodel couldn’t find our address eventually just gave up.

I paid for next day delivery and that did not happen, it took 6 days from ordering. Not great.

Good Afternoon Andy, I do apologise for this confusion. When ordering, the delivery charge applied was due to a surcharge to your postcode, as per our delivery page, not for next day service. I ordered 6 stools and when I unpacked them, 2 were damaged. They had tears in the cream faux leather. Also the quality of the legs was very poor and I ended up sending them back. Unfortunately I would not recommend this product.
