“Image on website misleading as to the poor quality. For this price I'd have expected more. The comfort is low, difficult to change seat settings and arrived damaged due to poor packaging that the company did not resolve.”

“Lakeland were not focused on resolving the late delivery or damage to the office chair I ordered. Their staff were slow at replying to customer service emails, which we resorted to after the telephone calls took so long to get through. Were not apologetic for the poor packaging of the item which caused damage in transit, and did not take note of how the images on their website were misleading as to the quality of the product. Just all round a disappointing service and won't be purchasing from them again.”

“I’m very disappointed. Ordered two chairs. Arrived without the front legs. I git in touch and was told the legs would be sent....they were but only for one chair and they were the wrong ones. I now have to get in touch again on Monday. This is now two weeks I’ve not been able to use my chairs. Will certainly think again before using Lakeland again. Very annoyed.”

“I really like the chairs. 2 out of the 4 that were originally sent to me had scratches on the leather. You sent me 2 replacement chairs which also had scratches on them plus a lump sticking out of 1 of the back rests.”

“Was really disappointed with chair when it arrived - not sure how this could be used as a dining chair as is too low to sit up to a table! Have returned - which in Itself wasn’t an easy process”
