“Considering I paid for Saturday delivery and only two of the three stools arrived on the Saturday I was rather disappointed. To top it off when the third stool arrived it’s missing a key component and you’ve yet to get back to us about it. So overall not best pleased”

“I chose this company as it is British and I thought the quality of the goods would be exceptional. Unfortunately it was not. I received two chairs - one was damaged and the other has a nail poking through the backrest. Although, after much tooing and froing, they have now agreed to replace the chairs, it has been very stressful emailing, taking photographs of the goods etc etc. I also purchased a table from them which was scratched but I am too exasperated to chase this up too. Very disappointed, very disheartened.”
