“All seat covers are damaged and torn, Lakeland are replacing them but when we have put the frames together they really wobble and they are missing all the feet grips are missing.”

“Ordered the items for my son on 17th October, could not match up the billing address (mine) to the delivery address (my son's) on the payments page so wrote the delivery address only. This according to the website was now also the billing address. The items were out of stock but new stock was expected at the end of the month after which the items would be delivered. Nothing happened, so I made an enquiry but no one seemed to be able to give a definite answer as to when the items would be delivered. They eventually arrived a full month after the order was placed. This survey and another one to review the actual items have both been sent to me, the buyer, in my son's name. Not impressed.”

“Still haven't received the items. After 3 failed attempts by Yodel to deliver the chairs and 3 full days spent waiting for them to arrive we are now having to go and collect them a 40 minute drive away tomorrow. Absolutely shocking delivery service. We were able to track the movements of the delivery van all day then it would just disappear off the screen with no way of contacting the driver. One of the days my husband waited in all day for them to tell us they took them off the van because they were too heavy!! The other 2 days they couldnt find the address despite it being very straightforward, and no phone call to let us know. Lakeland should seriously reconsider their delivery company as this would put me off ordering again.”
