“Unfortunately the office chair delivered had been opened before. The instructions were missing from the box, then I found a year in the fabric. My guess is that the chair had previously been delivered to someone else who had returned it The plus point, the complaints department dealt with the problem quickly and have arranged for collection.”

“Item came with a stain on it anddelivery was shocking! cannot speak to anyone at customer services and the e mails received were without empathy, understanding or any suitable compensation offered will not bealing with Lakeland again I the future and will ensure friends and family do not either. An utter disgrace of a company”

“I ordered 4 kitchen stools that were not cheap and when they arrived 1 frame and 3 of the seats were damaged. I was offered a minimal amount to keep the goods as they were, which I refused and asked for the damaged parts to be replaced. 3 seat covers and a frame arrived about a week later, 2 seats were damaged again !!! I am now returning all the goods and getting a full refund.”
