“I bought six chairs 8 months ago and find them of very poor standard. They arrived with different shades of legs, which we accepted as it was only a cosmetic flaw. Since then, all chairs have 'worked loose' making the legs wobble. We were able to tighten them up again and considered that maybe this was our fault at not tightening them up enough in the first place. However, two more chairs have worked loose, and the final straw was the seat snapping when sat on (the person sitting was an adult of average weight). When we explored the break, the thin material used for the seat became apparent. The company have offered to fix or replace, but I have lost faith in the product because of the poor quality. Unfortunately, they refuse to offer a full refund, so they will be going to the tip at the weekend!”
