“Instructions incorrect Pieces missing”

“Firstly the stools were "lost" in transit, the courier said they had only received the paperwork and not the actual item. A replacement was sent next day delivery and when arrived one of the stool legs was faulty and the wood look to have been mouldy in the grains of the wood. When I went to build the other two stools I only have 1 x leg and therefore was missing 3 x legs. The customer service was poor and simply either dismantle and return for a refund or replacement legs will be sent.”

“Poor quality control and product. Returned both seats as marked, self exchanged seats as not happy to post back as expected replacements would be faulty. On collection, glad I did collect as a replacement seat provided was again faulty. Replaced there and then. Only to get home to find no screws/allen key - awaiting for them to arrive in the post. I must however state you do respond promptly when contacted by email.”

“I have only received one of the 3 bar stools that I ordered. I have not been contacted about the other 2 to tell me when I will receive these. I have paid for 3 but have not been told when they will arrive.”

“Dreadful organisation. There customer service is beyond useless. Been waiting since December 2018 for 4 x bar stools. I have to do all the chasing. Nothing they say actually happens. Today 2 x stools arrived. Do yourself a favour - avoid buying from this lot.”
