“This company's website showed a product in stock when it wasn't. A delivery note went out when nothing was to be delivered. A series of emails revealed complete incompetence by Lakeland Furniture. 8 days after taking money from my bank account there has been no refund. Taking money without providing goods or service is fraud.”

“I asked for a sample of the colour which they could not do. I then bought 1 barstool to see what the colour would be like. It was not as expected so wanted to return. No answer to my email about returning the item and no number to ring to ask. Will not be getting anything from them again. Felicity - Cornwall”

“Received the wrong product. Got told when I rang there was no one to speak to and given an email address to write a complaint to. Haven’t heard back from my email. Very disappointed with the level of service I have received. It isn’t difficult to get the correct product sent out! Useless!”

“Purchased 4 chairs, very poor quality! Pulls in the fabric, split in the wood on the leg, splinters sticking out underside of seat, tacks sticking through the seats and one seat not glued together but being held in place by the fabric! Hastily returned! Would not recommend!”
