“After waiting a number of weeks for my bar stool when they finally arrived they were missing the plastic at the end of the bar stools which would mark our floors. After sending a number of emails to the support team i’m STILL waiting for the matter to be resolved.”

“Product arrived with no instructions for assembly and the stitching quality finish was very poor and nothing like the web site photograph. I also got order notices mentioning a third party company Magento and sale warehouse which was very confusing. Unfortunately also the Yodel courier couldn't speak any English. I can't see why i would ever use you again”
