“The chair I received had 2 Left Arm Rests and the base castor cover was missing. Could not be assembled. This chair was required on day of delivery so had to make an urgent purchase elsewhere.”

“I ordered a Newark Wooden Bar Stool. It was supposed to have a fixed seat height of 53 cm, which is what I particularly wanted. Having assembled it, it proved to have a seat height of 65 cm, which was unacceptable. Having removed 12 cm from each of the legs, it is now the correct height. Other than that, everything is fine!”

“Brought this table 2 years ago, it looks great and at first I was very impressed. Unfortunately the table did not last long and became very wobbly meaning it is no longer usable. Customer services were not able to sell me replacement legs or offer any kind of discount on a replacement table. I know it's not the most expensive table but would have expected it to last longer - who wants to buy a new dining table every 2 years?”

“Product had health and safety issue. I have bought the bar stool which have hard plastic at the bottom of stool. This make stool slip backward and forward on wooden flooring. It should be soft plastic or rubber type.”

“Purchased 4 breakfast bar stools. Delivered on time. Unfortunately, I have only had them in situ for a few days and already the material on the base on two of them, is hanging down or has holes. Disappointing quality considering the price.”

“A Micky Mouse company, "Next Day Delivery" didn't happen ordered on Thursday to late for Friday, waited in Monday, didn't arrive until Tuesday due to a "problem with courier". Poorly packed, holes in box, bits missing, incomplete delivery so unable to assemble. Asked for replacement parts, they said they couldn't deliver until Friday so canceled the order. Arranged with work to be home for pick up between 3pm and 5pm Friday, on the Friday morning Parcel Force send email saying pick up is between 13:00 - 15:00. The company and staff are a joke, please don't waste your time or money.”
