“The furniture I ordered is nice. The service was poor. I wasnt sent out my order when it came back into stock and had to write to them when I saw it was in stock. It was in stock on next day delivery and yet it still took another week to receive mine. Overall an item that was on next day delivery took over 3 weeks to come. Poor service”

“After purchasing a bar stool, it became evident that there were no screws, no allen key or a decorative ring within the package. We were very disappointed and used our own screws so the item could be used.”

“Delighted with the chairs, however on assembling them I discovered steel washers for 2 chairs were not supplied. Contacted support at lake land furniture who promised first class delivery. Now 8 days later I am still waiting for the delivery of the washers. After service not good at all !!!”

“I wouldn’t shop here again. Wasn’t the best quality and colour was different as described on website. Was going to send it back but, It cost more than half the price of the item to send it back.”
