Always an issue with coming out the car park. Leaving late at night (11pm) and having to deal with broken button and then coming back inside to use the other “call for assistance” button. I have specifically emailed the customer service prior to this so I can easily come out at night time but got pied off by them with - just call the assistants!!!

Booked and paid for my parking as normal and suffered a great deal of travel disruption on my return leg. I was still within the 6 hour grace period but the barrier refused to let me exit until I had paid an additional £149. Once you leave it is impossible to speak to anyone and you are left sending an email requesting a refund. Not a good service.

Took a while to find a space. On returning it was very poor exiting the barrier with lot's of cars queuing, ticket's not working and I was told I had an outstanding fee of £260 and barrier would not open. My ticket was pre paid so had to speak to someone and this takes time with queues behind me. Not a good experience.

Paid in advance but was charged again when leaving. No response from Customer service nearly a week on.

Easy to book in advance and make payment. There was no problem accessing the car park and receiving my ticket from the entry point ticket machine. A major hiccup on exiting the car park. The ticket machine would not accept the issued ticket and was asking for a £270 exit fee. Parking had already been pre-paid. I do not know where the fault lies but the situation needs to be rectified. I'll use Glasgow, Newcastle or Manchester airport the next time I fly.

Right outside. Easy access to and from the terminal. No ticket given on arrival. Had to press the button for assistance, but then it was issued straight away.

Easy to find, easy to get to the terminal, though mid-stay is equally easy and often cheaper when you are booking in advance. Once again, though, pre-booking did not show up at exit and I had to get assistance. That said, staff always very helpful and quickly sort matters out.

Booking was as always easy and straight forward. Pre paid in advance as we’ve done before. Parking on arrival was stress free with a few spaces to choose from. However when we tried leaving on our departure date/time the machine tried to charge us £165. On two of the machines at the barriers, the buzzers to speak to someone weren’t working. Making this more stressful other drivers were getting impatient as they wanted to leave. Eventually we found one of the machines which buzzer was working and the chap was very helpful and sorted it for us. However this should never have happened in the first place.
