“[For the second time] I awarded a Very Good rating as the overall parking process was very efficient. However, on leaving the parking area, having paid in advance, of course, the machine informed me that I owed £150 for 3 nights' parking. Fortunately, the person at the end of the help line was able to sort it out immediately.”
“Really convenient parking at a reasonable cost. My issue was stress on arrival as the system did not issue a ticket and I got a regular ticket that had to be corrected on departure. All staff were lovely and really helpful, but it would have helped my stress levels to know that the system was not working correctly at the start.”

However, having paid in advance for the parking, it was rather disconcerting to be told on the screen, on leaving the parking area, that we were supposed to pay £155.0. Although this mistake was readily rectified by contacting the operator, such a situation would be quite upsetting for someone not too familiar with English.”
