“Easy to park with quick access to departure area. Entered the multi storey car park in the coach lane in error and was helped into the car park via helpful contact withe intercom at the gate. On return hit problems exiting the car park ( due to entering via coach lane.?) but once again got support via contact with the intercom to exit without any problem. Overall, really good service.”
“Unfortunately a poor experience on different levels.
It’s the second time that the ANPR has not registered our car on entry causing a stressful exit when already exhausted after a long journey.
This was exacerbated by the prebooking system not recognising my “return flight” which appears to have aided me in then booking an 11.30am exit rather than 11.30pm.
The confirmation email then stated 11.30 on exit which I assumed was pm, which I thought I’d booked and needed (it didn’t state am).
I was unaware of the timing discrepancy until trying to exit, after a tiring journey, when I was given no option but to pay £45 to be able to leave the parking area. No other options were given to me although I did enquire of such with the operator “Jac”. I felt stressed and anxiety that I was being “held hostage” until I paid. Fortunately I had the means to do so.
The difference in the 12 hour extra time when asked for on prebooking I believe to be £6.00 so to pay a further £45.00 appears excessive for my mistake.
I have used your parking on many occasions before but unfortunately I now feel that I will not use it again as I feel punished for making a small clerical error on prebooking although I get no recompense for your systems being faulty.
Hopefully you can do better in the future for future customers.”
“Would have given a 5 but finding the way to the multi storey was not so well sign posted so missed the turning. Once I found the way in, everything was good and would definitely use again for convenience.”
“Large parking conveniently right next to the airport. I had to park on the top floor and came back to my car covered in seagull droppings though which wasn't great. Other than that a good service.”
