“Love the location and benefit if the multi storey car park. However please can you sort it the license plate recognition system. Almost every time I arrive it fails to recognise my licence plate and on my last visit this week it failed at the main entrance, entrance to the multi storey and in the exit. This takes away from an otherwise great experience. Staff are great at resolving this but happens almost every time.”
“For the prices being charged, it is expected that the car park floors, lift lobbies and lifts are not utterly filthy. There is no excuse for this beyond greed. Like the rest of Edinburgh airport, such a poor experience. Do better.”
“parking location is excellent, however the meter at the exit gate tried to charge £503 to allow us to exit. this isnt the first time this has happened.”
