“Easy to park .. prepay worked .
Retrieving our vehicle wasn’t so easy . Poor signage for access to multi storage … took 25 mins and we were not the only people going round in circles!!”
“I’m usually very happy with multi storey car park which I book on a regular basis, on this occasion however. for some reason when I tried to enter it said I was at wrong car park, I thought perhaps I had made a mistake so reversed out and went to the terminal parking, when I was parked I checked my booking and it was infact Multi story I had booked, I didn’t have time to waste moving car etc so just left it. I spoke to a parking attendant who told may they were having a few issues and it would be fine on my departure. I got to the barriers and it asked for a large payment, I pressed the call button and explained the problem, I was allowed out my only gripe is the multi storey was more expensive than terminal.”
“Excellent parking and easy entry to the airport terminal, and having the up to 5 people fast track tickets included is a further bonus, if you don't need to check baggage in you have direct access to security, if you require to check a bag in it's still a great benefit as you just follow the signs inside the airport and go via the fast track lane.
The biggest bonus is the close proximity to the car park from the terminal, you just head for your car and straight out the airport, saving waiting for a bus or long walk to the other car parks.
Great value for the money and actually cost less if you were to park in another car park and purchase separate fast track tickets.”
“So number one, we arrived when it was dark and the signage wasn't good at all .... not illuminated and partially hidden by a bush and we ended up going around the roundabout twice before we noticed it so could be better.
Once there the parking was easy to navigate, well signed.
Leaving was seamless too, barrier lifted even without the ticket”
