“Parking good but on leaving the ticket machine said we owed £500! Since we had pre booked and prepaid that was not right so we had to wait for the man on the intercom to release the barrier. This is not the first time this has happened and we know others who have had the same problem. I think you need to check your ANPR cameras pick up all makes of car. It’s not a pleasant end to our holiday.”
“I always opt for the Multi Storey parking as it better and safer. I would have given 5 stars, however due to the mis-use by some drivers of the disabled parking spaces I have only given. Does anyone actually monitor the cars that are parked in these spaces? And are there any consequences on the vehicles which are actually mis-using them. It is so frustrating”
