“This is our third time using the multi storey car park.we had to park right at the top this time as the car park was full on the other floors. As before we had no problem getting in or out ,barriers went up without problems. We would use the car park again .”
“After spending good money on parking in an area thats being attached to the airport building.
On my our entry i had to call for asistance to lift the barrier.
it was the same on our departure.?”
“Parking is fine & the security pass is a real bonus. However, on my return, I needed assistance. The help points have been removed, there was no one to talk to. I had to walk around for ages before finding someone in a different car park who advised me to press the buzzer on the entrance/exit barrier. I had to walk in a road with traffic everywhere & try to get in front of a car at a barrier, just to speak to someone!! Can't believe this is allowed from a health & safety point of view, so so dangerous! All they need is one help point within the car park but even that is too much of a stretch to help their customers - they would prefer them to walk in traffic! Really appalling.”
