“On the whole parking in the terminal is very useful but when things go wrong it is impossible to get in touch with anyone by phone. We were booked for a stay of just over 10 days. We got the date of departure wrong and tried to find out whether we should still be able to gain access to the parking 2 days late. We were unable to speak to anyone on the phone. An email was sent and no reply was forthcoming. We got one 2 days later which is just ridiculous. You need to employ people to answer the phone (and deal with emails more promptly!)
We actually came (on foot) the afternoon before we needed to park for our rearranged flight. The attendant in the multi-storey was very helpful.”
“I have used several car parks at Edinburgh airport. The multistorey carpark is the best by far.
It's so convenient and easy to use and only two minutes walk to the terminals.
On returning back home my car was safe and easy easy to exit.
I would highly recommend using this car park.”
“This is our third time using the multi storey car park.we had to park right at the top this time as the car park was full on the other floors. As before we had no problem getting in or out ,barriers went up without problems. We would use the car park again .”
