“Always book this car park as it's so convenient. the location is ideal after you get home from holiday you can be in your car on and your way in no time at all.”
“I pre-booked online. However my car was not recognised on entry to the car park so I had to call the receptionist. Fast track security worked well. Only issue at security was the general grumpiness and disinterested of the staff. More like the Gestapo than airport security.
Worst bit was on leaving where the car park told me I owed £247 for a 3 day stay despite having pre-booked. Again I had to contact the receptionist. Car park worked better when manned and you used a paper ticket. Edinburgh Airport, always trying to maximise profit for itself !!”
“We were travelling on a late afternoon flight and had booked the multi-storey. Unfortunately it was very busy; floors 1-3 were full, and floor 4 was coned off for some reason with parked vehicles allowed to leave but no vehicles allowed to enter. We had to park on the roof. My wife is a blue badge holder and thankfully we were able to find an accessible space, but we'd have preferred to have parked under cover. Entry and exit were fuss-free thanks to ANPR.”
