“Generally good and convenient. Negatives - diversion at entrance was confusing, potholes in diversion route, challenge finding the empty spaces as many were blocked off at the same points on every floor. Also much more expensive than last time. Did come with free 'fast track' security though. Like everything at Edinburgh Airport this needs some TLC.”

Dreadful experience. On arrival at Terminal Parking barrier on 17th June around , I was greeted with the message "WRONG CAR PARK"! After reversing and attempting the adjacent entry option, same applied. I then pressed the buzzer and managed to speak with someone advising them I had a booking. They opened the barrier and job-done...not quite!
On exiting less than 48 hours later (£79.99), I approached exit barrier only to observe a RED symbol displayed and the option to pay a fine of £150.
I reversed and tried the adjacent exit (to the annoyance of other customers behind me) with same result. There were no options to call anyone.
The only option open to me was to tailgait someone leaving which I did.
This is unnacceptable customer service and for the avoidance of doubt, I've been in the same terminal car park about half-a-dozen times in last few months with same car and no issues.
Please get this sorted!”
“Once again my car number plate was not recognised automatically and I was treated as not having pre booked . Spoke to your rep who told me that only pre bookings were accepted for multi-storey but admitted me . On exit ticket would not allow us to leave so spoke to your rep again .”
“Approaching the car park, there was a diversion to another entrance which wasn't clearly signposted (cue congestion caused by cars having to turn around). The entrance to the multi story itself was congested, as barriers were not letting anyone through. I and everyone in front of me had to use the intercom for help, despite pre-paying and providing registration. Similar issues on the way out (had to use intercom to be let out). This reduced the convenience the multi story is supposed to provide (and you pay a premium for). Likely would have been as quick using an alternative cheaper car park in this instance.”
“On arrival on the 16th of the June there were diversions in place but this was not mentioned on the website when I booked it a couple of days earlier, this lead oto some cunfusion. Apart form that no proble at all.”
