“The entrance to the MSP has been mentioned as via the Terminal parking which eventually ends up taking the longer route to the MSP entrance rather than the shorter route to the MSP directly.
I was under the impression that there would be a separate entrance to the MSP from the terminal parking entrance if the instruction was so specific.”
“Great value as ever and you really can't get closer to the terminal. Our flight had a 5 hour delay and it was easy to alter our booking online as a result (though it turned out we were covered anyway). Simple to get in and out and no problem finding a space again.
The only fault I ever had with the multi-storey was the signage on approach. That's finally been rectified and we got into the entrance straight away this time!”
“For some reason my booking got lost in the system and couldn’t get in to the multi storey having paid for this. I then had an argument to get out on my return. Not sure why I am even giving one star but I did get my car back”
“It was very good. The only problem we had was the ticket withdrew before I could reach it, but it wasn't an issue as the chap on the intercom advised us just to go ahead and was ok on exit. I would suggest bookable disabled parking slots as they were very few and al used.”
“Easy access, plenty spaces. Straight across the walkway to the fasttrack security - couldn't have been easier! Arrived 20 mins prior to the time we had booked, and left an hour earlier than planned, so no extra charges. All good, and very straightforward.”
