“Please please please supply trolleys on all floors of the car park. When travelling with lots of luggage and kids, it is highly inconvenient to have to go all the way into the terminal to get a trolley.
Also, they tried to charge us £26 on exit despite having a prepaid booking - please sort out the ticketing.”
