“Booking and payment processes were very straightforward. I turned up on the day found a space and parked up. Sadly on my return I put my ticket in the barrier to exit but was met with a demand for £180. I pressed the help button and the matter was quickly sorted. I was on my way home within a couple of minutes. Apart from that hiccup this was a very simple and easy process for me which I will use again.”

“Booked ahead paying £50. On leaving, the machine wanted £150. Pressed the buzzer, someone answered quickly but said I didn't have a booking. Double checked my car reg, same answer. Gave my booking reference number and name. That was then okay. Moral of the story, keep your booking email reference close by.”
