“Easy to park there, perfect location to the airport. The only thing that was an issue. I paid prior to parking. Our flight was delayed and we got in later than expected. When exiting I put my card in and it said due balance £180. Which was a shock. Pressed for help and it took a while to connect to someone. Person was friendly but after traveling and delays all day this was a bit of a shock.”
“we have used multi-storey a few times mainly for the fast pass on level 2 , There is a problem with the size of the space which leads to dents in car when opening doors and we find its better to drive into the space rather than reverse because there is no way youcan bring any cases through between the cars ,,, you did ask....”
“The multi storey car park is so handy for the terminal. However when we were leaving it asked for payment of £360 which was a shock as we had prepaid. I understand this happened to a lot of other people but it was upsetting never the less.”
“There’s nothing wrong with the parking facilities themselves However, I had pre-paid my parking (£29.99) SV69YGP (XXKUX3617) but had to pay £22 upon leaving the car park. Being charged twice for the same period of parking is a bit of a con really. I won’t fall that swizz again.”
