“Everything was fine with our booking and whilst our car was in the multi storey car park. However in departure through the gates the exit barrier said we owed £427! Which was a bit of a shock to get at 6am in the morning after a 15hr flight. On pressing the intercom button. We were told sorry there is an error with the camera’s! Surely if this was known, something could have been done at the point of exit, as that was a nasty surprise to get.”
“Once again prepaid and once again not noticed at the exit gate and you then need to wait for someone to answer the call and eventually the exit is opened for you...the queues to exit are getting longer and longer..”

“Great place to park but really need to do something with the exit system.
We have used it a few times this year and everytime when exciting it asks for hundreds of pounds payment. We know not to panic now . On Tues the 3 cars exiting all had same problem. One old lady getting in a panic we had to help her. This needs sorted!”
