“There are 3 barriers at the exit, 1 was out of use and coned off, 1 was broken (barrier stuck half way) which created a long queue to exit the car park”
“Confused: My booking was made 5 weeks before my flight. As usual, parking was perfect - so it was very confusing to find on leaving the car park we had an outstanding bill of £460. After my husband queried this to an attendant through the speaker machine the barrier opened and we left - no one said why we had been stopped. The problem is we have no idea if this was a problem caused by us or if it was a technical issue.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however, I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“Access was very easy, the passenger lifts efficient and walk to the airport very short.
The only negative was the display on the space availability signage at each level which indicated spaces were available but none were until I reached the top level.”
“Better signage is needed for the multi-storey as many cars still find themselves going into the drop-off area and having to pay the £4 to come back out. Also, there should be signage when entering the mult-storey advising that the fast track gangway into the terminal is in fact on level 2.”
