“Very close to the airport, easy to get to.
We got caught up in a UK wide flight cancellation issue and over stayed by 3 days. They agreed to waive all stranded passengers additional charges which was brilliant.”
“The grace period before and after the times booked is great and so was the pre booking price.
The only thing that threw me was when arriving to the car park was at the previous roundabouts and junctions leading up to the airport there are vertical signs clearly directing you to the multistorey carpark. But as soon as you arrive at the entry barriers the only indication of which car park to enter is written on the tarmac so I was a bit confused which barrier to go through as I missed the signs on the floor.”

“Easy to book, though not easy to amend times when flight times were changed.Good information and directions. However when parked clear signage as to where you were but not how to access the terminal building unless on speedy security. Which is on the second floor where there is no signage to check in.
On returning to the airport, smoothly through passport control and baggage collection then along with fellow passengers we were unable to find signs to the multi-story car park.
Summary: Good facility -just well hidden.”
