Works extremely well when mixed with Canadian Strong White flour to make sourdough. Lovely when fresh but makes the tastiest toast I've ever had!

Having lived in the Cotswolds this flour is reminiscent of the area. It makes a hearty bread that that goes well with a bowl of warming soup. I tend to make them in tin with 12 small loaf molds that go down well with the family.

Adds a nice texture to my loaf. Best (for me) used 200g with 300g white flour.
