The best bread ever,I have been making my own bread for 50 years it is without doubt the best tasting,produces a first class loaf. I bulk make in batches of 6, it freezes very well with no loss of taste and thaws as if a newly baked loaf saves money on energy as well I tend to add a small amount of other flours to the mix eg a grain malted,a rye or buckwheat gives a better lift but it's a personal taste.

I discovered Mathews Cotswold Flour during the lockdown when I started bread making and was looking for an organic granary flour-I haven’t bought a shop-made loaf since! Their Cotswold Crunch makes a delicious, full-flavoured loaf and their service is excellent.

We discovered this during the lockdown and could not the flavour when I first made rolls from it. The crunch introduced by the wheat flakes makes the bread a truly unique experience and flavour. This is our second order of the five pack in as many months and it is not the only flour we use! Cannot recommend this highly enough.

A delicious, full flavoured granary style flour. High protein makes it ideal 50:50 with Cotswold eight grain for perfect sourdough loaves and rolls. Irresistible. Grand parents, parents and the kids all say it’s the best bread.

I use this flour with a little organic dark rye and it makes a wonderful loaf

Gorgeous mouth-watering aroma. Makes a lovely crusty loaf. I also always add this in with the Organic Stoneground Wholegrain flour to make a delicious nutty tasting loaf. I wouldn’t want to be without this flour.
