“This makes superb bread. I mix it with some of the organic white and the kids love it. More importantly, using this organic flour means you are helping preserve biodiversity in the heart of England. Win win!”

“I have used the blue bag Cotswold Crunch, but this one does have the edge. Worth the extra. I love Matthews Flour. Best for everything, cakes etc and bread. Again, I use this one on its own and as a mix with Organic White. Fantastic flour. You won't find anything better. Don't hesitate to buy.”
