This flour makes delicious bread in my bread making making machine. I was diagnosed as type 2 diabetic in October 2018 and is being diet controlled so I am very conscious of what I eat . Most , if not all, whole grain /granary / brown flours have a lower GI ( glycemic index) and therefore is better for diabetics . I really enjoy toast with marmalade or jam ( all homemade ) for my breakfast and the occasional sandwich at other times. When freshly made , sandwiches are delicious and when toasted , have a great crunch . I may ,in time practice mixing this flour with others from this company . Great service & delivery from Company

When flour became scarce during Lockdown, a kind neighbour offered to share his consignment of flour with me and I found two bags of Cotswold Crunch on my doorstep. I had never used it before but after the first loaf and batch of rolls, it was so delicious that it will now be a regular order from me and a staple flour for my sourdough baking. The rich, wholesome, nutty flavour is a family favourite. Matthews Cotswold flour website is easy to use and ordering and delivery is fast and reliable. A very happy customer.

This is lovely in a sour dough (I mix some strong white in too), crunchy and nutty, this is a favourite, but will see if the eight grain knocks it off the top spot

Cotswold Crunch has to be the best blend of flour of its type that I have used in almost 30 years of bread baking. New to it with a consignment during lockdown, it is now an absolute favourite and I will always keep some in my cupboard.

Was looking forward tot trying this and it did not disappoint. This flour makes a superb tasting loaf that "evaporated" by lunchtime with 4 adults in the house. Very nice indeed will definitely buy again.
