Cotswold Crunch is the best flour I have ever used for bread. It has a gorgeous chocolatey, nutty aroma and produces a wonderful loaf. I bake four loaves a week and am always mesmerised by the results.

Makes such a great loaf. Very tasty. I've tried using 100% as well as mixing with the white flour and also wholemeal to provide variety....all with good results.

Recommended by a friend who recommended mixing with a strong white. This is not necessary, for a whole meal mix this is great on its own with an amazing texture, smell and flavour….. the result disappears so fast! Will be back to try more mixes.

This makes the best loaf, so tasty can never get enough. If you have not tried it, you must Little trick to enhance further is sieve out the wheat flakes and put them in a blender to cut them smaller, its a bit of a labour of love to do that but improves the flavour (tested with friends and family).

Makes a very tasty loaf mixed with either white or wholemeal. The best Cotswold offer in my view.

I’ve been using Cotswold Crunch flour for over ten years now and it is always high quality and delicious. I find it difficult to get excited about other breads and shudder at the thought of ‘shop bread’. You never don’t want a slice from a loaf made with this flour. Please never stop making it!!

Followed an olive bread recipe... used 400g crunch and 100 strong flour..made into artisan style domed loaf. Wow...it tasted delicious. Love the crunch and flavour. Husband said it was best bread I've made. I'll be ordering more of crunch flour... can't wait. Would recommend!!!
