“Tried a white loaf first and then a half & half loaf. Really great flour, makes a light loaf with a good flavour. Certainly lighted the half and half. So far only used in the bread machine, but will use for hand made bread, rolls and pizza bases. Recommend and will buy again & deffo stop using the supermarket as my supplier.”

“Used to make a 50/50 loaf in my bread-maker. The rise is very good - much better than I got from supermarket flours. Lovely crumb, and a crunchy crust. Keeps well. Will definitely buy again.
