“I make bread in a Panasonic bread maker. My preferred mix is 250 gms strong white flour and 250 gms of 7seed flour. This gives a light and tasty bread.”

“A very good quality flour which is milled & produced in the UK. I started buying from Matthews as it is a UK company & provides a quality product which has seen my bread baking improved 100%. They say its the quality of the product that makes the bake better & I believe this is so,the flour is silky to touch & is easy & versatile to use. I have used other flours from the Matthews range & I seem to get great results every time,order on line & get it delivered to your door & it's well packed to,great product will carry on using.”
