“I’ve always bought flour for weekly bread making from supermarket. The difference is incredible. Makes a wonderful soft loaf with crispy crust, lasts longer and rises beautifully. Can not recommend enough.”

“Started purchasing from you as lockdown started as unable to purchase from supermarkets. i have been making my own bread for many years now, your flour is lovely to use which results in a beautiful bake, i use this flour for my usual daily loaf, whilst your french flour has been unavailable have used this for baguettes also, with equally good results this is now my second order from you and will continue to purchase from your company in the future thank you for all your hard work during these difficult times”
