“Terrible experience! I ordered the military banner for my husband’s homecoming after the deployment because I wanted to surprise him... you had an advertisement saying that there is 3*6 free banner for millitary families. I used that and when I went to check out I had to pay 30 shipping with I thought was somewhat fair. But then it magically switched to 2*4 size after it was shipped and I called the customer service and there is nothing that could be done and it’s not free after all. They told me I had to pay another $30 if I wanted a bigger one which makes no sense and they couldn’t do price adjustment even though they charged me the price for big banner but I’m getting the small one. Not free, terrible customer service, I’m really disappointed with their false advertisement!!! Never going to order with this company again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.”

“On Monday 6/24/19 I ordered two deluxe signicades which had their own packaging. All that needed to happen was a shipping label slapped on each of them & UPS or FedEx pick up. However the warehouse chose to not print a shipping label until Friday 6/28/19 4pm, I received the packages the next business day Monday 7/1 since I am in the nearest region., I even called Wednesday 6/26 & Thursday 6/27 searching for the packages (which if I had ordered from my normal vendor, I would have had these items on Tuesday 6/25, the customer needed these frames by the end of that week. grrrrr) & CSR informed me that a shipping label had still not been printed yet. I find this to be very poor business practice. I chose to use you as a vendor based on certain savings that I could pass along to the customer. But to not receive the items for a full week?!?? Unacceptable. I will not be using your company for anything time-sensitive again. FYI your website boasts "Ships in 24hours" and that's on produced items? I'm curious if that's actually true, but not curious enough to place an order for a long time. If you would like to have a supervisor contact me, please feel free to do so. I'd love the chance to ask why it takes 5 freaking days to print a simple shipping label. Pamela 9038876030”
