“The process of ordering was not as smooth as I would have appreciated. When checking out, the options for my banner were not the same and instead of easily being able to change it, it created a new sign and also tried to get me to create a new sign. It was a nuisance. Then I called and your offers are not the same as what's online when speaking w/rep. After spending at least 15 minutes w/her, the call was disconnected. A bit frustrating! I finally ordered my sign and hopefully, it's what we want and the quality we expect. Lastly, we are a nonprofit org that's been around for over 100 yrs and we submitted our tax exempt form and hopefully, we will be reimbursed for the taxes.”
