“We ordered 2 for an expo event - one had a QR code that didn't work when it showed up - it was a little tricky, the mistake was mine but they replaced it for just the shipping charge since I did not understand when I ordered. Great customer service - will use them again for a DIY banner if the design is a simple upload since I am not a techy person and don't really know how to do things like QR codes. The case & stand are great, the case will be wonderful for carrying with it's handles.”

“I have asked the company to make sure that the banners I ordered where centered and aligned as they were displayed in the previews I approved before placing the order. Yet, both banners were delivered off center. Also the prints were a lot darker than my files I submitted. I am a graphic designer with 20+ years of experience and I have a hands-on experience in setting up and printing large format files. I will not order from this company again. Don't waste your money ordering from this compnay if perfection of your banners is a top priority like ours.”

“Did the job the first time, not so much the second time. Had issues with the retracting mechanism which caused uneven unrolling of the banner and damage along the edge and top. Have reached out for replacement, but haven't received definative support yet.”
