“The ordering experience was fine - however I received my procuct in two shipments days apart from each other (the boards and then the artwork) and could not utilize it. It was too big, and I tried to return the 6 sandwich boards and they would not allow me to. The gentleman I spoke to (supervisor) was extremely arrogant on the phone saying "what part about the size did you not understand when you bought it". I explained it wasnt the issue of the size when I bought it, I knew what size it was. It was the fact that it was too big for the location and the people I rent from would not allow me to put it up. He explained I could only get a 50% refund, and I could not return the product for another person to use. I was very annoyed, and he became more arrogant stating that "what is the company supposed to pay for the shipping to send it back". Very poor customer service in that regard. I have never had an issue with this company before and have bought multiple products.”
