“The banner turned out well but was missing the top right hand corner grommet-we had to install one ourselves and I feel I should get a discount as it arrived not ready to use-I don't understand how they could have put grommets on all corners except one but that is what happened”

“When I needed to make a design change to my retractable banner, I was told all I needed to do was to make the changes and then call back in to confirm the changes were received. I did exactly as told and was told by the person on the phone that the changes were received and the order was placed into production. HOWEVER, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN! And they would do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for screwing up my order other than sending it via expedited shipping. I have gone back to Vistaprint and will not do business with this organization again! I am telling anyone who cares to listen to stay away from you and all the other companies they have started under different names to avoid the bad reviews this company consistently gets!”
