“Overall, I am happy with the retractable banner, but I'm really dissapointed that I paid so much money only for the image on my banner to come out so dark. You can barely see it as it fades into the background, and it is supposed to be the focal point of the banner. For those purchasing, just know the print comes out much darker than you see on the screen.”

“the banner and stand set up was great, however the way the banner printed out was not so great. You can't really see the city skyline on the design when it printed out even though it was clear on the digital image.”

“The banner was beautiful, once it arrived. It was promised on September 09, 2026; then revised for September 11, 2026 between 12:45 - 2:45 pm - this was the day of my event. When it was not received in the promised timeframe,I contacted customer service, who advised me the carrier revised the delivery to arrive by 9:00 pm on September 11, 2026! My event started at 7pm! I left for the event at 4pm with no banner. When it did arrive I had to send to someone back to pick it up from my porch. To add to my voes, the approved change was not the banner provided. Not a happy customer.”
