Sign is beautiful. Easy to carry Lightweight. But the sign will stand up outside. We spend more time trying to keep the top from leaning forward than it actually will stay upright.

The quality of the banner that I got is extremely poor. I had initially worked on one with images that weren’t good. So I went to Staples and had the images scanned so I could upload good quality images. Then I worked on a second banner, using the very good images. In fact, I also had called and somebody there had helped me complete my final order. Somehow the first one which was very poor was the one that was used. I don’t know how that happened. But somehow it was used. And even if the wrong banner had not been used, the quality of the print is very poor. Some of the words are very light while others are very dark. That was not how the image I scanned look. The Kulla was even all the way through. I took a picture and had to send it in for somebody to review. And I was told that they felt there was nothing wrong with this and that they would reimburse me $90 but not do it again. I was forced into taking a $90 refund and now I’m going to have to go to another business and have it done again. And by the way you sent out that email to me in the middle of the night. I think it was 3 o’clock in the morning. And you gave me 24 hours to respond. If I hadn’t checked my email that day what would’ve happened if I went past the 24 hours. You wouldn’t have even reimburse me the $90 according to what you were saying. I think that’s a very sleazy practice. Until I can get a new banner I am going to have to use this poor quality banner and it is going to be seen by hundreds of people. That is not a very good way to advertise your company. But it is an excellent way of advertising and saying don’t use us.
