“I ordered my sign immediately got an email saying it was blurry and that they wanted to make sure that I was happy with the product so I needed to send them a new file in the next 3 days. So I did immediately. Right after I ordered. Then I got e-mail the next day saying it was already shipped and that it was too late. Extremely frustrating. And then after talking with them, they still charged me more money to have a new one to be shipped. Still waiting for it.”
