“ordered backdrop banners and stakes. Stakes were not shipped with the backdrop banners and never arrived. But when I spoke with customer service they offered right away to ship them out the next business day. I shorlty recieved e-mail confirmation. Very friendly and helpful. Will absolutely use again even with the issue, as they were very quick to fix the problem.”

“They only shipped 6 of our 8 real estate signs. When I called customer service they simply offered to ship the other two the following week, regardless of the fact that I needed them for that weekend. No offer for discount and barely even an apology. They did what was required of them, but nothing more. That's why I rated them as okay.”
