“The part top part of the retractable banner came off the first time we pulled the banner up. We almost lost the banner in the casing, and the sharp metal corner cut my thumb pretty bad. We had to reattach the top, and clean off some blood, but once we did it was fine.”

“Both of the retractable banners we purchased we JAMMED and we had to pry out the banner with a screwdriver. The plastic end caps were not in place correctly and fall off easily. The metal end caps on the base also come off easily. Not sure I would purchase these again.”
