“There weren’t any clear directions on how to keep the banner up. I needed to YouTube instructions and later found out I needed a “locking key” to help keep the banner from retracting. There was no key inside of my bag so I couldn’t use the banner at my even and wasted money.”

There's barely any difference in the cost but the stability is 1000% better! The posters came out so much better than I expected and I am very very happy with my purchases! “Very disappointed. After multiple emails regarding the image quality because BAS placed my order on hold… I managed to get them the image quality needed and was told to respond to their email to go ahead and print. I did exactly that and assumed my order was on the way. Sadly, it was not. Someone dropped the ball at BAS and now, I have no signage for my upcoming event. I did get a refund but not even so much as an apology. Back to VistaPrint I go. I should have known better!”
