“Great product, happy with final result and the customer service rep helped me adjust the final alignment over the phone. HOWEVER I asked several times about shipping and confirmed "Rush" Shipping which was listed as "2-day" arrival. The flag was a time sensitive gift, and even after allowing a one day buffer on my end , this still arrived 3 days late, on Monday instead of the confirmed Friday. I presume it's due to the holiday but this was a major let down because we asked the rep multiple times on the phone about shipping and confirmed the order on Monday at 1pm at the beginning of the week.”
