“The product was of adequate policy, but the vendor failed to make the promised delivery date, resulting in the product not being on hand for the event. Customer service was poorly-coordinated, with emails and calls resulting in different assurances and outcomes from different staff members. They were kind enough to refund the shipping costs and seemed sincerely apologetic about the mishap, but I will be extremely cautious if I ever use them again.”

“Absolutely a terrible experience. Spent over 1/2 hour on the phone with them before placing the order explaining exactly what I wanted. They assured me it would be correct. What I ordered was an American flag. What they sent was ridiculous! It was totally backwards. One side had the star field on the flag pole side and the other side had the stripes on the flag pole side! They said they think they can make it correctly but I won’t get it for another 2 weeks. Will never buy something from them again.”
