“Easiest application that builds whatever design you want and ships the order to you weeks quicker than the other guys. I'd give them 5 Stars once they add a (ditto/copy-paste) button so I did'nt have to rebuild the backside and hope everything is lined up.”

“The process of creating the flag was fairly easy and even had assistance from customer service via phone. However, after recieveing the flag I was extremely disappointed! The image was so dark and barely visible due to the dull coloring (see image). The poor color provided little to no contrast. When I contacted customer service via chat about the issue I was told to submit a photo and the image team would review and get back to me within 1-2 business days. When I contacted them again via chat on the 2nd business day, I was then told it's 3-4 business days for a response, but I would have a response by the end of the day. Calling them is useless unless your looking to purchase, then you will get someone on the phone. After you purchase it's highly unlikely. I waited on the phone in que for over 10 min, then chose the option for a callback when it reached my place in line. Never recieved a call back that day or ever. The "telescopic flag pole" is a joke and is essentially equivalent to an old car antenna. Bent after first use. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.”
