“I uploaded a photo to have made as a flag. The image i sent showed up nicely on the website. I had a faded image in the background which was perfectly legible on the website. When I received my order only the words were on the flag. If the background image was not going to be legible, i wish someone would have told me so before printing these flags and sending me something I do ot want.”

“Disclaimer- I have reached out to the service dept to express my concern, if it’s fixed then I will change my initial review. The quality was very poor. The image was blurry. The lines fuzzy, and the colors were dull! Nothing about it was up to standard not even the material they screen printed it on! I was excited to get the flag to represent a low income high school, I paid 100$ to try to increase their morale but it would be more of an embarrassment to show up with it. There was zero effort put into making my flag which is quite sad being a company from Texas, one would think they would have some pride in their work.”

“I've had numerous projects done here and quality is always top-notch. This time was disappointing though in that on my two-sided flag, the grommets were to be on the left side. However, that was the left side of the "front". Someone in production didn't take the time to look at my submitted design to decide which was the first side. Customer service graciously re-made the flag to correct this, but they did not correct it. The grammets were still put in at the wrong side of the original display. So never got it quite right.”
