“I've had numerous projects done here and quality is always top-notch. This time was disappointing though in that on my two-sided flag, the grommets were to be on the left side. However, that was the left side of the "front". Someone in production didn't take the time to look at my submitted design to decide which was the first side. Customer service graciously re-made the flag to correct this, but they did not correct it. The grammets were still put in at the wrong side of the original display. So never got it quite right.”

“This is the third flag we have purchased from this company with our custom logo. They are well made and durable. We are very happy and impressed. Cannot tell the difference between the more expensive version so if one is pondering which to get, I would suggest the cheaper one because they look, feel, and last the same. One of our flags is permanently flying over the pirate bar at the Louisiana Renaissance Festival fairgrounds.”
