“Nightmare. Needed the flag for a party, it was delivered to the wrong address. Called to complain and was told they would redo the order and get it to me by Friday at the latest. I was called on Thursday only to be told it wasn't possible and now couldn't deliver until Monday. I asked for a discount of some sort and was denied. The only two options I was provided with was to cancel the order or recieve the flag on Monday. The flag isn't of great quality either. The print is fine but the flag is completley see through and incredibly thin. Will not be bringing my business back here.”

“Didn’t get flag in Time for event. We communicated alot and I was told that the flag would be here in time for my trip but unfortunately they didn’t arrive in time. I responded via email about my displeasure and asked if I could be refunded and never heard back. If there is any way to rectify this I would be appreciated Thanks Ryan 781-443-5105”
