“Never been refused a toilet when producing my card. Up to now it has been a great help. The thing I find would be a great help when I am desperate for a toilet would be a blue badge to park quickly when I am needing a toilet, any advice on how to go about this and do you provide help or back up?.”

“This is a massive help having an electronic version, I was caught short without my card and a lady refused to let me use a toilet on a station without a ticket. I was told that the cards had been updated to ones you can put in your apple wallet. I always have it now”
