Hello there, We're sorry to hear this - plastic cards are available for a small fee, if you have purchased one and it didn't arrive, we will check up on this for you. If you didn't already purchase a plastic card, you can simply download the form from our website, complete and return it to us with payment via Bank Transfer or Cheque and we'll dispatch a card to you as soon as possible.
