Dear Andreas, We're sorry you have struggled to download the Just Can't Wait Card. You are welcome to reach out to us for support at help@bladderandbowel.org. If you have a smartphone, you should receive an email which will guide you through the process, however, if your link has expired you'll need to complete the form again (sorry!) If you'd prefer, you can purchase a traditional plastic card for a small fee, securely via our website, which will be posted out to you directly.
